Information you give us

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the subject and the message you write. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of our conversation.

If you enroll in a program or join the VIP Club, registration, sign-in and any payment take place in our community at community.raul-toro.com, which runs on the Estage platform. Card payments are processed by the payment provider connected to that platform; we never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, in order to keep the site secure and working.

The site remembers your language choice (English or Spanish) on your own device. Files you select in the practice studio on the home page stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

Some pages show videos from YouTube and a live chat window. When you play a video or use the chat, those services may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

We use your information to reply to your messages, provide the lessons and services you ask for, improve the website, and send you updates if you have asked to receive them. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
